WHAT'S GOING ON?

Well, I'm working on book 3 of my young adult vampire series - maybe halfway done with a first draft - and I've begun work on an exciting nonfiction project as well. I don't want to reveal too much (no jinxing) but it's a wider-appeal project that will be fulfilling on many levels.  

As stuff actually happens I'll report it here, but for now, my books are still available from amazon and at Changing Hands, and you can still buy signed copies here on the site. Enjoy!

IT'S OUT! THE SEQUEL HAS BEEN RELEASED!

Now in Changing Hands!

Both books, The Cure for the Curse and The Allure of the Curse, are now available at Changing Hands Bookstore in Tempe!  Changing Hands is the foremost independent book store in all of Arizona, and now my book can be found on their young-adult shelves.  Go check them out!

My thanks to everyone who came out to the February 7th book signing in Sierra Vista! I had a great time and met some new readers. And don't fret, if you missed the event, both books are available at that store.

FIRST ALLURE BOOK SIGNING!

The first book signing for The Allure of the Curse is coming February 7th at the B Dalton at the Mall at Sierra Vista! This will be the FIRST time The Allure will be available to the public (not just through a website).

I'll be there from 10 am until 3pm, and both books will be available. Come on out and say hello!  I always have a blood-related giveaway and some sweets around for people to snack on.

The sequel has been released!

The Allure of the Curse is out, available for purchase! You can buy signed copies from this website, and if you haven't read the first, you can get both together for a discounted rate!

Also, I'll be in Sierra Vista in early February for a signing to promote the release. I'll be updating the site as reviews come in and dates become available for book signings or other media appearances. Also you'll be able to purchase unsigned copies from other sites. As soon as more information becomes available I'll update it here. Keep checking!  Tell your friends!

What a signing!!

My Black Friday booksigning in Sierra Vista went fabulously well - I sold all the books the store had!  Welcome all my new readers, thanks for giving my book a shot. Thanks also to Katie Evans of the Sierra Vista Herald for her well-written, well-timed and well-placed article in Friday's paper. You can read it by clicking here or going to the press page.

Now it's on to the sequel, which is set to come out this month!  I'll post as soon as I know a solid release date.  In the meantime I'm updating the website bio section to include an easy-to-access press kit for future media appearances. Stay tuned!

Booksigning & Sequel news

Time to start beating the drum - I'll be at the B Dalton in the Mall at Sierra Vista for a booksigning on Black Friday (Nov 28)!  Please stop buy and say hello - and remember, an autographed copy of The Cure For The Curse makes a terrific Xmas gift for the vampire fan on your list.

Also, just finished editing the galleys of the sequel! So The Allure Of The Curse is fast approaching - looking like late December for a publish date!  Stay tuned for more news on that!

Also, I edited the Pat McMahon Show interview so it gets right to the point and downloads easier.  Enjoy!

As Seen On the Pat McMahon Show

I was on the Pat McMahon show this morning (10/31) talking about vampires and my book!  It was a lot of fun and everyone there was extremely nice to me.  I'll be getting a DVD of the appearance soon, and I'll post the clip I make from there.  I hope to work more with the nice folks at AZTV more in the future.

Meanwhile I'm nearly done with editing the sequel (The Allure of the Curse)!  It will then go to galleys, and hopefully will be out in December!  I'll keep everyone posted.

Big Stuff!

I'll be on the Pat McMahon show this Halloween to talk about vampires and plug my book!  The show is on Channel 13 in Phoenix and I'm very excited. Also, this website is under construction, but coming along nicely.

AND I just heard that my sequel (The Allure of the Curse) has entered editing and - if everything goes well - could be released by Christmas!  How great would that be?

What now?

The sequel to The Cure for the Curse - "The Allure of the Curse" -  is currently at my publisher, awaiting an editor. This is month #3 of waiting, so I'm trying to be patient, but it ain't easy. 

In the meantime I've begun a new project, a co-written memoir with my girlfriend Misty.  It's going to be an amazing book, just as soon as I can get some time to actually write it. Hopefully next week some real work can get done on it.  I'll keep everybody posted, but please do check out my myspace blog for more frequent updates.
